  The change in location did not change the quality of service. Service was horrible never received utensils until after our meal came and that was only after we pointed out that we had nothing to eat with. Never got plates or napkins with appetizers, had to ask other wait staff when we wanted another drink. Our waitress must not have liked that because when she brought our drink over she decided to show us how to reorder drinks off the tablet set on each table. If I can't get someone to come to our table to ask if we wanted another drink what good would it do me to reorder on that , no one would bring it to our table. Portion sizes have gotten really small yet the prices stay the same. Also took way to long to get meals when it was not even that busy. Will never come back and will discourage any one thinking about going there.

  Went to Beaver Dam Applebee's tonight with my husband. We walked in the door and a server came up to greet since the hostess was sitting another group. He marked us down and then when the hostess showed up and he told her what table he designated for us she looked confused and had to look at the seating chart twice just to figure out what table were at (like she had no idea where the tables were). We were seated and it took the server almost 10 minutes just to come to take our order. We placed our food and drink order the same time. We waited almost another 10 minutes to get our drinks which were brought over by a different server. About 5-10 minutes our appetizers (mozzarella sticks) were brought by our server but no plates. We then wait another 10-15 minutes for our entrees which were brought by yet another different server. My husband ordered the Double Crunch Shrimp and said that it was good. I ordered the 6 oz Sirloin with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Garlicky Green Beans. The potatoes were ok, the green beans basically just had garlic powder sprinkled on them and the steak while ordered medium-rare came our well-done. When the servers finally did show up to ask how everything I was finally able to ask for some steak sauce so I could choke down the overdone, dry steak. The only person who was working the entire time was the bartender. The rest of the staff was very slow and lazy, often off joking around with each other. When the hostess wasn't seating people, she was either staring at the wall at the hostess station or aimlessly wandering around. When she off wandering around she missed several new customers coming in and the poor bartender had to seat them. Overall, we will not be going back this Applebee's.

  Staff acted like they didn't want to be there.
  
  Had to ask for all refills when they were in the area and that's if I didn't get it myself.
  
  Asked for pink in my burger and got well done, all the $83.80 was cooked wrong.
  
  We found 4 bones in the ground beef and reported it to be told " him that's weird"
  
  Went to management to pay and he ran away with my card and didn't get offered to sign the bill and he didn't give back my debit card. Nobody could break change to pay with cash.
  
  Overall I will never go back. Worst restaurant I've ever dealt with and been too.
